Rescue Minute provides augmented information to customers in Colorado including:
- First responders, including volunteer firefighters, specialized rescue personnel, emergency medical technicians, first responders, and paramedics
- Ambulance technicians, including emergency medical technicians, paramedics, team leaders and captains
- Dispatchers, including employees of ambulance companies
- Ambulance companies
How?
Information can be delivered by a variety of media, including web, text message, mobile applications and e-mail. The infrastructure of Rescue Minute is supported by a cloud-based dispatcher and database application.
What?
Information is captured from e-mail, websites, weather reports and direct capture of dispatch information. Customers may only receive dispatches they have been explicitly authorized to receive.
